Iā€™m a registered Psychologist with deep expertise in the strategic design and implementation of leadership capability, culture, climate, and change initiatives.

I have submitted a PhD at the University of Sydney on the topics of leadership and culture. Since 1999, I have also worked one-on-one to assess and develop over 2,000 leaders, and I have more than 10,000 hours of executive coaching experience.

I have consulted to senior leaders in organisations large and small in nearly every imaginable industry and sector. I have either personally delivered, or led teams to deliver, strategically aligned organisation and leader development programs at every stage of the OD/Talent Management cycle: from EVP and talent attraction, assessment and selection, performance measurement and management, learning & development, engagement and employee experience, and inclusion and diversity.

My larger clients are blue-chip firms from the Finance, Insurance, Business Services, Manufacturing, Construction, Pharmaceutical, and Government sectors. Therefore, I have substantial exposure to the array of issues facing organisations that compete on a national, multi-national, or global basis.

My smaller clients range in size from 30 ā€“ 500 people and include entrepreneurial start-ups and venture capital firms. I understand the people-related needs of small- to medium-sized organisations and can offer flexible and cost-effective solutions to meet them.

I have also worked extensively with leaders from different cultures in multi-national organisations across Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.
